IHPU Level 2 Exercise Specialist Certification & Level 1 Instructor Package· The IHP FT Exercise Specialist course is a two-day course that concentrates on building a comprehensive menu of exercises that make up the IHP Personal Trainer System. All exercises are related to specific muscle systems, as well as the 4 Pillars of Human Movement Model. The course also covers specific rehabilitation and performance applications for each exercise. Gain an excellent working knowledge of the foundational exercises used in the next level. The IHP FT Exercise Specialist certification will be issued upon successful completion of this course. After your second retake there is a $50 fee to take the exam again. You have 240 days to complete this course. All certifications and seminars are final sale.
